Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Village at Colbert Park in Savoy for the spring semester. It’s a 3-person apartment with two other guys who are both really cool, clean, and easy to live with. The apartment is fully furnished and you have your own bedroom and bathroom. There’s also in-unit laundry, free parking, internet, a gym, pool, and a private shuttle that goes to campus. The Village is also right next to Colbert Park, so there are walking and biking trails, a lake, and plenty of space to get outside. It’s a pretty quiet area while still being close to campus.
Every handoff happens directly between members, so you can see who held the room before you.
