I’m looking for a female student to take over my lease for the 2026-2027 academic school year, and this is a great option if you’re looking for a place that is on-campus, fully furnished, quiet, and ready for move-in ASAP. 615 South Wright Street Rent: $889/per month Utilities: $115/per month Utilities included: water, sewer, trash service, recycling, internet, and electricity ($40 cap). Appliances included: living room furniture, dining furniture, 3 double beds, 3 dressers/closet systems, 3 desk chairs, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and a TV. Amenities included: fitness center, study rooms, lounge area, on-site staff from 8 AM - 5 PM, and more! My roommates are both graduate students. They're kind, considerate, organized, and clean up after themselves. They're also gone for most of the day since they're always busy so it's a very comfortable and peaceful environment, which is perfect if you need a place to decompress after a long day. *****I would prefer a full lease takeover, but I'm also open to semester-by-semester subleases (Fall, Spring, and/or Summer). If you're only interested in one semester, I can work with that. I only ask that you help me find a subletter for the remaining semester(s).*****
