Hey y’all, I recently transferred schools and need someone to take over my lease at West Quad for the 2026–27 school year. It’s at West Quad, 29 E. Green St., in a 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom apartment with a private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, and you’d be living with three other roommates. Rent is $839/month, and the lease runs from 21st August 2026 through end of July 2027. The location is very close to UIUC campus and Green Street. West Quad also has a lot of amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, jumbotron, Tulu store, relaxing sauna, community WiFi, online payments, game room, covered and uncovered parking options, sand volleyball court, cozy outdoor conversation spaces, deluxe fitness center and yoga room, bike storage, community pavilion with gas grilling stations and outdoor TVs, private study lounges, and an on-call team with nightly courtesy patrol.
