Springfield Ave under Green St Realty and who are looking to replace our 3rd roommate who is no longer coming back to campus in the fall. $850 rent (calculated including utilities) but happy to negotiate pricing. One block away from CIF and grainger quad! Second floor corner apartment with floor plan shown in the image but with a balcony off the two bedrooms in the bottom. Parking available onsite for additional cost.
