Hey y’all, I recently transferred schools and need someone to take over my lease at West Quad for the 2026–27 school year. It’s at West Quad, 29 E. Green St., in a 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom apartment with a private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, and you’d be living with three other roommates. Rent is $839/month, and the lease runs from 21st August 2026 through end of July 2027. The location is very close to UIUC campus and Green Street.
