Spring lease takeover! In house near Crystal Lake Park! Private room, private bath, AND personal garage parking spot. Rent is $750/mo plus 1/3 utilities (water, gas, electric). Lease dates would be sometime in January 2027 (flexible pro-rated move-in date) through June 30, 2027. Deposit equal to one month rent. Get January rent free if you sign by October 15 with a plan to move in no earlier than January 18. Room and house will be unfurnished. Willing to sell/rent some existing furniture if needed. But appliances including a washer and dryer are included regardless! Roommates are a PhD female and a male law student. I'm looking to move to my own place so I can have family stay over.
